Home-Delivered Meals for Seniors in Calabasas/Agoura Hills Area and City of San Fernando
This program is designed to support home-bound older adults over 60 years of age living in Calabasas/Agoura Hills Areas
and in the City of San Fernando.
We deliver one (1) daily hot meal, Monday-Friday, and two (2) frozen meals, intended for the weekend, on Thursdays and Fridays (in addition to the hot meal).
We currently deliver weekdays (M-F) between 10:30am and 1:30pm.
